Responsibility岗位职责：
1.Process improving of Mainly pre-treatment，
主要是前制程工艺改进;
2.According to the requirements of the company's business objectives, optimize pre-treatment process continuously.
根据公司经营目标的要求，优化工艺；
3.According to the requirements of the company's business objectives, Quality come first, setup WI, training OP. Checking process parameter of production.
依据公司经营目标的要求，质量***，建立作业指导书，培训一线相关员工。检查工艺参数;确保工艺要求落实执行。
4.Cut down cost for material and reworking work ,and decreasing defect rate of quality ，abnormal handling.
降低原料成本，返工成本. 降低质量不良率，工件异常处理;
5.Supporting production rise the effiency and productivity，audit attending.
帮助生产提高产能效率，审核参与；
6.New project parts testing .
新产品的测试；产品技术发展信息收集和分析。
7. Other tasks assigned by Manager.
经理交待的其他工作。

Qualification 任职资格：
1. College degree, major in chemisty technology ,material etc.
大专学历，化学，材料,等；
2.Skilled in the professional knowledge;专业知识扎实
3.Self-motivation, learning ability and strong ability to work under pressure.自我驱动能力、学习能力强和抗压能力强；
