1.前期作为内部顾问，参与ERP及相关系统的实施工作，对实施方法、实施策略、实施方案等提出合理化建议，确保ERP及相关系统成功上线并满足公司业务的需要。/As an internal consultant, participate ERP and related system implementation, and proposal for implementing method, strategy, solution to meet the business requirement.
2.支持公司内部ERP系统实施，能够进行需求分析，方案设计、系统配置、用户培训、系统维护等。Support ERP implementation. Some requirements analysis, scheme design, system configuration, user training, system maintenance abilities.
3.将所有业务流程和作业指导书记录在ERP知识库中，用于培训和指导关键用户。/ Document all business processes and work instructions in ERP library for training and guidance key users.
4.支持ERP的日常运维，包括但不限于用户账号、权限管理、流程配置、用户支持。将所有问题和解决方案记录在ERP知识库。/Daily support of ERP, include but not limited account, authorization, workflow configuration, user support. Document all tickets in ERP library.
5.与业务部门和外部供应商密切合作，收集业务部门的相关需求，确定需求并协调所有与ERP相关工作。/ Work closely with the business function and external suppliers to collecting and define requirements and coordinate all ERP related work.
6.负责系统的日常巡检及数据备份/Routing inspection and DB backup .
7.与股东方的IT部门合作，使实施系统符合中国法规及行业规范/ Work with IT engineer of shareholder to ensure all implementing systems compliant with China/industry regulatory.
8.要求遵守所有EHS、安全等方面的规则和条例。/Required to follow all EHS, security etc. rules & regulations.
9.跟随公司业务发展情况，参与实施和支持其他信息系统。/ Participates in the implementation and support of other information systems according to the company's business development.
10.完成上级领导交予的其他工作/ Complete other work assigned by superior.
任职要求：
1.信息管理/计算机科学或相关专业本科学位
Bachelor’s degree in information management/Computer Science or related major required.
2.2年以上ERP实施维护相关经验，比如：财务、供应链、生产制造、质量管理/ Requires over 2 years of experience in ERP field experiences, such as: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufactory, Quality module.
3.有SAP/Info相关工作经历的优先考虑 /Prefer SAP/Infor related work experience
4.有跨国公司或合资企业的近期工作经验者优先考虑/Prefer recent experience in a MNC or a joint venture
5.优秀应届毕业生也可考虑 /Excellent undergraduate
6.具备一定的ERP专业知识，包括但不限于财务、MRP、MPS，了解ERP的基本原理。Some ERP professional knowledge and basic principles, including but not limited finance, MRP, MPS.
7.具备一定撰写解决方案的能力 /Some good writing solutions skills
8.具备一定的编程能力和SQL数据库知识/ Some programming skills and knowledge of SQL databases
