85 Familiar with the related national, local and Group requirements related with safety, security and transportation safety, identified the related actions and trace in time to ensure the compliance status of safety to avoid NOVs. 贯彻执行相关的国家和地方，以及集团对于安全、安保以及运输安全方面的法律法规、规章、标准和政府通知要求，并及时进行识别，跟踪行动项，确保公司在安全方面的合规。
85 Responsible for the daily safety management, coordinate with different department and units to roll out safety program within the company, leading the safety engineers to support the safety operation in different aspects.负责公司日常安全管理工作，负责协调公司内安全相关事宜，并负责领导安全团队为生产运营的各个方面提供支持。
85 Make and maintain HSE related management procedure according to the regulation, safety standards and company requirements, participate in SOP creation and updating. 根据法规、安全标准和公司要求制定、保持并维护公司级HSE管理制度，参与操作规程编制或修订
85 Organize and participate daily safety inspection, position inspection and professional inspection. Organize once at least fully safety inspection a month组织或参与日常安全生产检查、岗位检查和专业性检査，并每月至少组织一次安全生产全面检查
85 Trace and coordinate the follow up actions of different kinds of inspections timely, responsible to prepare the yearly analysis and make the improvement plan systematically 负责协调和跟踪各种检查整改项的落实，并负责组织隐患排查整改的年度汇总以及分析，组织分析报告的回顾会议，并提出有针对性的整改措施并负责跟踪。
85 Involve in maintenance activities risk assessment and responsible for the maintenance schemes review of HSE aspects, close supervise of hot work ,confined space ect special work permit review process, 参与现场维修活动以及施工方案的评审，监督检查动火作业、受限空间作业等特殊作业许可的签批工作，按公司规定参与签署或审批特种作业许可证，并定期对现场安全状况进行巡检。
85 Responsible for the ERP system and take the lead for the drill yearly plan making, implement, review and improvement actions tracing.负责组织或者参与编写（修订）本公司安全管理及事故应急救援预案等制度，制定年度演练计划，并跟踪实施状况以及指定改善行动项进行跟踪。
85 Support HSE director establish the safety culture, make the yearly safety plan and training plan, and also coordinate for the implement. 负责协助HSE总监进行企业安全文化的创建，制定全年的安全生产活动和安全培训计划，并协助进行实施。
85 Familiar with HSE assessment/analysis tools, like JHA, SCL etc. and coordinate for the risk assessment program; 熟悉风险分析工具，领导各部门定期进行危险源辨识及风险评价工作，并汇总公司的风险评价结果；
85 Familiar with the basic chemical process and involve in HAZOP analysis; 熟悉工厂的工艺，并参与工艺危害分析以及作业危害分析。
85 Supervise for the safety behavior of employees and contractors, provide the professional knowledge for the safety behavior program, coordinate the safety responsibility program and provide the comments for safety behavior of employees; 负责巡查全厂的安全行为，包括员工和承包商，并为安全行为项目提供专业知识的支持；督促各部门、各岗位履行安全生产职责，并提出奖惩意见
85 Familiar with the incident investigation tools, responsible for events management and can lead RCA analysis, responsible for the incident actions trace; 熟悉各种事故调查分析工具，并组织或参加事故调查、分析，并跟踪整改情况。
85 As owner, responsible for the fire fighting system management and security management
85 Responsible for the daily communication of related government and maintenance good relationship; 与相关政府部门保持联系与沟通，并维持良好的关系。
85 Responsible for the audit preparation, like ISO, AIMS, vendors’ safety visit; 根据审核计划，准备审核资料和参与外部审计。

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 岗位所需知识、经验、技能等方面的要求
61 Education & Knowledge 教育程度及知识
o Bachelor degree in Safety engineering preferred, or chemical process, or engineering related. 化工或工程类相关专业,本科及以上学历

61 Skills & Experience 技能和经验
o 5-8 years safety management experiences in chemical industry operation, 2 years team leader experience 5-8年跨国化工企业安全管理经验，2年以上带领团队经验
o Must have the national certified safety engineer preferred必须持有国家注册安全工程师
o Good English skills both in oral and writing 良好的英语口语和书写能力
o Fluent in Office tools 熟悉办公软件
