1. 制定、执行和监督年度预算；监督利润计划和战略计划的过程；



2. 对国外公司运营进行财务分析并出具管理报告，为经营决策提供支持及合理化建议；



3. 负责分析国外公司财务预算执行情况提出执行中的问题并监督落实；



4. 负责对国外公司重大工程项目进行可行性分析，为项目立项提供财务数据；



5. 根据工程项目预算对项目的进度进行追踪管理并报告分析预算列支情况；



6. 负责岗位范围内的相关制度流程的制定和执行；



7.
建立强大的内部关系，从而在决策过程中获得更大的信任和影响力；







英文



1.
Formulate,
execute and supervise the annual budget; oversee the processes of profit plans
and strategic plans.



2.
Conduct
financial analysis of the overseas company's operations and issue management
reports, providing support and rational suggestions for business decisions.



3.
Be
responsible for analyzing the implementation of the overseas company's
financial budget, while identifying and tackling problems during the
implementation process.



4.
Be
responsible for conducting feasibility analysis of major engineering projects
of the overseas company, providing supportive figures to justify project
viability.



5.
Track
and manage the progress of engineering projects according to the annual budget,
report and analyze the budget expenditure progress.



6.
Be
responsible for formulating and implementing relevant regulations and systems
within the scope of the position.



7.
Establish
strong internal relationships to gain greater trust and influence in the
decision-making process.











任职要求Job requirement



中文



1.
具备财务知识包括银行、会计、成本、美国公认会计准则、SOX审计；



2.
具备ERP 和 IT 知识；



3.
具备良好的团队合作精神和领导能力；



4.
财务相关学士学位, 有CMA、ACCA证书优先，工作年限两年以上优先



5.
中英文流利
(口头和书面).



英文



1.
Financial
knowledge including banking, accounting, costing, US Generally Accepted
Accounting Principles (GAAP), and SOX auditing.



2.
Knowledge
of ERP and IT.



3.
Good
team spirit and strong leadership.



4.
Bachelor's
degree in finance or a related field. Candidates with CMA (Certified Management
Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
certificates will be preferred, and those with more than two years of working
experience will be preferred.



5.
Fluent
in both Chinese and English (both verbally and in writing).
