Duties:
1 Undertake IELTS listening, writing, speaking or writing independently, including preparation, teaching, homework arrangement, mock test and feedback.
2 Participate in tutorial research and improve your teaching. Students' IELTS score must be ensured to be promoted at the given level.
3 Arrange teaching plan due to different students' English grades. Cooperate with foreign teachers and devote to improving students' IELTS score and English ability.
4 Undertake standard exam tutorial and cooperate with foreign teacher.
5 Participate in tutorial research and discussion that involve both domestic and foreign teachers.
6 Finish other works that the headmaster arranged for you.

Requirements:
1 Graduated from foreign studies universities or key universities in China and English-speaking countries, English majors with TEM-8.
2 7.5+ for overall or 8.5 or higher in single subject in IELTS or 100+ in TOEFL.
3 Better communication with others and teamwork preference.
4 More than one year teaching on IELTS/TOEFL/A-Level and have successful teaching experience. Have keen eyes on the motivation of IELTS exam.
5 Effective teaching method that ensure students' score promotion.
6 Authentic pronunciation and fluency oral English is preferred.
