Performance Expectations · Responsible for checking and system entry of all materials in and out of the warehouse · Responsible for good communication for all the documents and information in the warehouse department · Ensure the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of the system and physical materials · Maintain adequate levels of inventory required by the plant and follow prescribed procedures to replenish stock. Take the initiative to find the abnormal inventory, and timely warning to the management · Warehouse document collection, registration and filing · Responsible for all inventory to ensure the accuracy of storage location and constantly improve, so that to find timely · Continuously improve all areas of operations: safety, quality and productivity · Responsible for inventory and accounting adjustment · Track and review the 5S in the area of management, keep it clean · Follow company procedure and standard and careful
Desired Characteristics · Required 2 years warehouse work experience and inventory count ability · Basic knowledge of maintenance spare parts & related experiences will be a plus · Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement · Required responsibility, execution, communication skills, learning ability and team cooperation ability · Experience with MS Office and network
