Create and implement strategies required to drive the commodity sourcing of direct and indirect material and supplies, while ensuring optimum quality at the lowest price to be delivered on time. 创建并实施采购产品战略,以推动直接和间接材料的产品开发和供应,同时确保低的价格,好的质量和按时交付。 3. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, and minimum of 7+ years of working experience in procurement, in manufacture industry. 有工程类本科及以上学历,至少7年以上在制造行业的采购经验。 2. Fluent bilingually, verbal and written: English and Chinese 流利的中英文读写能力。 3. Solid management ability of Supply Chain and Purchasing Projects in mechanical manufacturing company 有好的机械制造行业的供应链管理和项目管理能力。 4.
