1. Take the leadership role in development of strategic suppliers in China to support regional business growth, improve profitability and minimize supply base risks.

2. Create and implement strategies required to drive the commodity sourcing of direct and indirect material and supplies, while ensuring optimum quality at the lowest price to be delivered on time.
创建并实施采购产品战略，以推动直接和间接材料的产品开发和供应，同时确保低的价格,好的质量和按时交付。
3. Manage major spend categories –machining, casting, welding, etc. and enhance leverage of shaft Pulley, Case footprints; develop regional supply strategies and manage China supply base.
管理机加工、铸造、焊接等产品类，主要提高轴类、辊类，箱体类采购; 发展区域供应战略和管理国内供应商。
4. Perform spend data and cost analytics; manage supply risk with mitigation plans; effectively tracking and reporting supply base initiatives results.
执行采购数据和成本分析;采购风险管理和风险移除计划;主动有效地跟踪和报告供应商的供应表现。
5. Manage the development of multiple suppliers, as well as the criteria for contract negotiations and administration.
推进和管理多类产品供应商，以及合同谈判和管理的标准。
6. Provide cost savings recommendations and ensure spend is within budget; lead or assist with supply chain projects and initiatives.
提供成本节约建议，控制采购预算;主导或协助产品采购项目和计划。
7. Comprehensive management and purchasing department hosted the coordination and communication between departments.

8. Comply with safety and corporate guidelines on business ethics.

Background requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, and minimum of 7+ years of working experience in procurement, in manufacture industry.
有工程类本科及以上学历，至少7年以上在制造行业的采购经验。
2. Fluent bilingually, verbal and written: English and Chinese
流利的中英文读写能力。
3. Solid management ability of Supply Chain and Purchasing Projects in mechanical manufacturing company

4. Strong sense of responsibility and high integrity to his own employer.
