Responsibility:
1. Lead Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) programs for cost reduction, particularly focusing on the star products – DVMF & Hi-Filter.
2. Optimize the product design according to the customer requirement and market/service feedback.
3. Lead the standardization program to define the configuration and modules for serialization products.
4. Carry out design of innovative products in according to worldwide standards, rules and regulations.
5. Contributes in technical review and issue resolution, provide guidance to junior engineers
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or related major
2. At least 10 years of experience in mechanical design for heavy industry
3. Have the design experience for vibration system, such as screen, feeder.
4. Good written and spoken English，CET-6 preferred
5. Deep understanding and demonstrated capability to use mechanical engineering know-hows to solve product design and manufacturing & quality related problems
6. Good knowledge at material property and manufacturing process especially machining and welding.
7. Be familiar with static strength verification and fatigue strength calculation.
8. Excellent in using 3D software, such as CATIA, Inventor, Pro E etc. to complete mechanical design
9. Good skill on PC and Office software.
