DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
1. Update MRP based on rolling MPS, release SA/PO to supplier;
基于滚动的主生产计划定期更新MRP计划；并下发SA/PO给供应商；
2. Short term check internal inventory coverage and tracking goods in transportation. Long term check supplier inventory/capacity to ensure material supply;
短期核实库存和在途货物，长期跟踪监控供应商库存和产能确保物料供应；
3. Monitor supplier on time delivery performance and supervise supplier correction action;
监控供应商准时交付率并监督供应商完成整改；
4. Coordinate material/transportation supplier to arrange pick up/transportation;
协调物料供应商和运输承运商安排提货/运输事宜；
5. Responsible for monthly reconciliation with supplier based on actual receiving quantity;
基于实际收货数量每月和供应商完成对账；
6. Responsible for optimization of MRP inventory level, review and control E&O inventory;
负责优化MRP物料库存水平，评估并管控呆滞物料库存；
7. Finish other tasks assigned by the superior.
完成领导交付的其他工作。
QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistic or production management related field is best;本科学历及以上，物流或生产管理专业***；
2. Over 1 years material planning working experience in manufactory industry
3年以上制造行业物料计划工作经验；
3. Must be versed in OFFICE software, familiar with at least a ERP software, have SAP software using experience is a plus;
熟练使用 Office办公软件，熟悉一种以上ERP软件，有SAP使用经验者优先；
4. Should understanding parts technological process, and possess with supplier management skill；
了解零件工艺流程，熟悉供应商管理技巧；
5. Basic English skill;
具备基本英语听说读写能力；
6. Carefully and patience, hardworking spirit.
