HR Specialist-Recruitment & Training 人力资源专员— 招聘&培训 In this position, the individual would be responsible for developing procedures for recruitment and training. And coordinate the implementation of recruitment and training programs. May direct new employees' orientation and in-processing. Performance Expectations · Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements in Linamar’s geographic locations in China and: · The Global Operating System Plays · ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard · Linamar Technical Specification Management & Quality Basics System standards · Support, Foster, Promote and Demonstrate Linamar’s Core Values and Leadership Behaviors. · Recruitment procedure tracking, HCM system and other recruitment system maintenance and application, such as: interview guidance and job description update for all positions, interview survey etc. · Assist HR manager/Supervisor to set up & implement approved HR policies and procedures, ensure all the daily procedures comply with up to date HR policies & procedures · Assist HR manager/Supervisor establish and improve the company's recruitment process and system · Conduct recruitment, selection, interview and placement · Establish talent pool and improve recruitment channels · Provides the recruitment and related workforce report by monthly · Organize and manage internal and external training for employees, such as: new employee orientation and specialized technical training arrangement, training agreement signature etc. · Revise and update certification on special position · Design the topic of monthly Lunch & Learn and tracking the feedback of it · Create Order and responsible for order management, goods receive management · Handle employee invitation and visa application · Coordinates and administers Expats and family members' work permit and visa application, renewal · Handle the Internal and external audit, customer audit, and amend files per requirements · 务必遵守公司所在地的法律法规,如下所列: · 全球运营系统 · ISO9001质量管理体系标准 · 利纳马技术管理规范与质量基本体系标准 · 支持、培养、促进和证明利纳马核心价值观及领导力行为 · 招聘流程追踪,HCM系统及各类招聘软件、网页的维护应用。包括各职位面试问题指导,工作职责更新,面试调研汇总等 · 协助上级制定、执行并批准各项人事政策及流程,确保日常运作符合所制定的流程和政策 · 协助上级建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系 · 人员的招募、甄选、面试、选择、安置等工作的开展 · 人才库建立及招聘渠道的完善 · 提供月度招聘和相关人力状况报告 · 内部外部培训的组织和管理,包含新员工入职培训、各类专业技术培训安排、培训协议签订等 · 负责更新特种职位的从业资格证 · 设计每月 Lunch & Learn 的课题并追踪课程效果 · 订单管理,订单生成,收货管理 · 员工邀请函和签证的申请 · 外籍员工入境就业管理与申请,包括外籍员工家属、子女签证等申请 · 应对客户审核、外部审核、内部审核,根据各类体系要求修正文件
Credentials · Bachelor degree in Business management or Human Resources or related experience · 3-5 years Human Resources practice experience · Skilled English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Chinese expression is accurate, logical thinking is correct · Ability to work in a fully and advanced computerized work environment - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. · Ability to work in a fast paced work environment. · Ability to plan, execute and evaluate training programs · Ability to communicate and facilitate training programs · 工商管理或人力资源本科学历或相关工作经验 · 三年到五年人力资源实践经验 · 英语听说读写熟练,中文表达准确,逻辑思维正确 · 能适应无纸化办公环境,熟练使用Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 等软件能够计划,实施并评估培训项目 · 能够传递并促进培训项目
