1.The incumbent conduct routine QC tests and color match according to the relative SOP on in-process and finished coating to ensure the quality within the specifications. Approve the qualified products, control and deal with the unqualified products to avoid ship to customer.
根据操作流程对涂料的在制品、半成品、成品进行配色并检验，保证制程中的半成品、出厂产品质量符合规格要求。放行检查合格的成品，控制并处理生产中检查出的不合格品，避免其流向下道工序。
2.Investigate quality abnormal and customer’s complaining. take action to the quality problem and quality improvement.
调查质量异常和客户不满，分析不良质量原因，提出处理方案和改进措施。
3.Solve internal and external quality issue independently by communicating with other departments, technical, sales and customers.
独立与各部门、技术部、销售、客户沟通解决内外部质量问题。
4.Housekeeping/5S of the QC lab Understand and Meet PPG’s Quality/ EHS system requirements. shift work.

College degree or above in Chemistry or equivalent.
Work in quality department more than 2 years and pass the assessment, or work in quality department more than 1 year and have outstanding performance.
Good communication skill and team work.
Sounds English knowledge and computer skill is essential.
大专及大专以上学历，化学或化学相关专业
