MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1. Support PE at LCs for project management e.g. provide input for production cost calculation if needed, attend Gate 10/20/40 review meeting organized by PE, support package specs and feasibility study & cost improvement, take care of documentation of technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements,
支持苏州太仓业务中心项目工程师进行项目管理，例如，为生产成本计算提供输入，参加项目工程师组织的Gate 10/20/40会议；支持包装规格和可行性研究及成本改进；支持技术图纸、规范和客户要求的文件管理
2. Arrange and follow up sample production, warehousing, and delivery, prepare for tooling & fixtures, execute process verification, and report back to PE.
安排和跟进样品生产、仓储和交付；准备工装和夹具，执行过程验证并向项目工程师报告；
3. Implement continuous improvement of processes e.g. standardized work, non-conformity analysis, process parameter analysis and optimization, line productivity analysis and improvement, etc.
对流程进行持续改进优化，如工作标准化、不合格问题分析、流程参数分析和优化、生产线生产率分析和改进等；
4. Handle customer claim technically, support LC and quality engineer for non-conformity study and root-cause analysis by using tools like 5W, PDCA, 8D, 3A etc.
从技术上分析客户投诉，支持苏州太仓业务中心和质量工程师分析不合格问题.
5. archive documents that contain Drawing information and other technical documents if need.
根据需要整理存档客户图纸以及其他技术文件
6. Implement product audit and involve process audit, provide improvements actions, including internal and external audit.
实施内部产品审核,参与支持内外部过程审核并提供提供改善措施
7. Support to update SAP master data(raw material, finished parts, ID material) guide by LC_PE.
在苏州太仓业务中心技术部门指导下，协助维护主数据（原材料、成品零件、ID材料）信息.
8. Compile and standardize working instruction, training operator to make sure operator is qualified.
编制并标准化工作指导书，培训操作工确保合格
9. Manage fixtures and tools, focus on cost and tool maintenance effect.
管理工装夹具，关注工装成本和工装保养效果。
10. Other jobs assigned by superior.
其他上级分配的任务。

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件
1. bachelor's Degree or above, mechanical & engineering-related major is a plus.
本科及以上学位，机械或工程类专业优先
2.More than 2 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering in the automotive industry
二年以上汽车行业制造工艺工程相关经验
3.Familiar with mechanical component manufacturing process
熟悉机械件制造工艺
4.Strong hands-on ability
较强的动手能力
5.Strong analytical ability and communication skills
较强的分析能力和沟通能力。
