工作任务范畴Job Description: 1.客户旋转门项目方案制定、技术支持及确认; Revolving door customer service solution, technical support and confirmation. 2.图纸制作、审核、配置清单确认; Drawing draft、review; Configuration list review and confirmation. 3.订单询价、报价; Inquiry handling and make quotation. 4.订单处理:接单、订单确认、跟踪、发货等; Order handling include: Order receiving、Order confirmation、project schedule tracking、delivery arrangement etc. 5.采购及供应商管理; Purchasing and supplier management. 6.其他客户服务支持; Other supports needed from customers. 任职要求(Job requirements): 1.本科及以上学历,机械工程或电气自动化相关专业, 211优先; Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical engineering or Electrical Automation or relative major, 211 in priority. 2.5年以上相关工作经验, 产品管理或者研发; 5+ years related working experience in product management or R&D design. 3.熟练使用CAD、ProE等绘图软件; Proficient in using drawing software CAD、ProE etc. 4.有针对客户直接沟通服务和和处理客户问题的工作经验和能力; Working experiences or skills in direct communication and solve problems to customers. 5.流利的英语沟通能力(口语及书面); Excellent English communication skills both in oral and written. 6.旋转门及定制化产品相关行业优先; Revolving door or customized products industry related in priority. 7.熟悉SAP优先; SAP preferred.
