? Provide helpdesk service to BW Users and workshop computers, record all tickets in service desk system. ? Provide Helpdesk Ticket Monthly Report for analysis. ? Assist vendor or BW IT on OA equipments support, such as MFP, Printer, Projector, Audio & Video system, etc. ? Assist BW IT on AD Account Management (Creation, Modification and Deletion). ? Assist BW IT on File Server Management (Folder authorization and etc). ? Assist vendor or BW IT on network and voice cabling maintenance. ? Provide document support on IT Procurement, such as payment and quotation preparation. ? Assist BW IT on IT Cost Allocation and Payment (network rental, printing fee, conf call fee, etc). ? Assist BW IT on Fix Assets Management. ? Assist BW IT on Computer Room Management. ? Assist BW on IT Project Implementation (ELV, Infra , SAP and etc). ? Provide support on any other tasks assigned by BW IT
Qualifications and Requirements:
? Associate degree or above in computer or information science related major ? Minimum 3 years related helpdesk support experience, preferably in a related industry ? Familiar with Microsoft client operating system products, Microsoft Office products, PC hardware ? Good command of both spoken and written English ? Good interpersonal, problem solving, communication and presentation skills ? Mature, self-motivated, initiative, flexible and be able to work independently under pressure ? Analytical thinking, reliable work quality, proactive working style, good team player ? Result-driven and customer-oriented
