YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
* Manage key customers with establishing solid relationships at all levels with demonstrating excellent level of account leadership, professionalism and integrity. * Develop the annual sales and key account plan in line with approved Annual Operating Plans. * Develop After-market channel and maintain sales out monthly. * Monthly, quarterly sales forecast preparation and execution. Meet all Sales and AR Collection targets monthly. * Develop and Manage the Sales Channel - Distribution, Dealers and Convertors. * Develop and enhance sales pipelines. * Monthly review of all Key Accounts and Channel Partners with sales data analysis. * Develop and Close a target Pipeline of End User and Key Convertor driven projects. * Meet all target/Planned Commercial Excellence Metrics. * Weekly/Monthly Reporting. Participate in relevant meetings and ensure market feedback is properly translated for internal action. * Collect Market information and analysis including market size, market trend, new products and application, customer trend etc. and report back internally in a timely fashion. * Accomplish any other tasks as assigned by superior. * Strong strategic mindset with excellent attention to the details. * 7+ years successful experiences with good track record in managing large key accounts; PDI group with strong engagement at stores level in Auto Aftermarket experience is strongly preferred. * Skilled in effectively development solid sales and negotiation skills with customer. * Problem solving, product knowledge, technical understanding. * Confident and able to work under pressure and self starter. * A good team player with strong interpersonal skills, good execution capability. * University graduate. * Effective verbal and written communication in English. * Able to travel throughout sales territory is a necessity.
