For methods & industrialization l To predetermine and validate all Welding parameter on relevant requirements (plant and new project) l To use MTM & ergonomics concept to propose workbench (workstation output balance, flow etc…) l To design new jig, boxes & equipment base on requirement l To continuously drive labor productivity improvement by DT reduction and KE/KS optimization projects l PFMEA Regular review and management l WIP target setup and tracking l To support MPH& Ergo implementation and improvement l To lead continuous layout optimization For production &WH l To train and support workshop trainers and /or multitasking workers l Based on workshop request, to do gap analysis between real spent time and standard time l To take care of workers condition at work and propose solution to accumulate knowledge on MTM and ergonomics. Process changes: l To communicate with relevant departments on requirement to coordinate the material supply and logistics of production Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, or related majors. - Familiarity with metal processing techniques and principles, with a focus on welding (mainly resistance welding).- Proficient in using AutoCAD and other drafting software. - Understanding of the working principles of resistance welding equipment. - Familiarity with the design of resistance welding processes, electrode material selection, and electrode design methods. - Ability to design welding fixtures and inspection tools. - Familiarity with welding principles and the impact of welding parameters on welding quality. - Capable of analyzing and improving welding quality
