Join us as our new Junior/Senior Process Engineer
Process Engineer group is essential to production. We secure right product quality and quantity to be supplied to local and global customers. We ensure production site with high capability of taking in variety of enzyme products via site shift. We solve critical technical challenges and offer tech guide to all operation teams in daily work. as user manager, we are also critical to continuously improve the site level by leading investment projects from tech angel.
As Process engineer, you will make an impact by:
Being responsible for recovery or granulation process and equipment in biotechnology production site to ensure we can deliver products in right quality/quantity.
Playing a key role to identify process/equipment constrains and come up with technical solutions based on deep understanding of equipment and process.
Close collaboration with global functions to secure smooth new product introduction and site shift from US, DK etc. and surely you will build strong cooperation with supply chain.
Being empowered with opportunity to drive investment project as user manager independently, including a total new line, equipment upgrade, compliance improvement and energy saving initiatives.
Be the main contributor in cost saving activities, including energy& water management.
You will report to Sr Manager of Process Engineering Department.

To succeed you must hold:
Master or PhD degree in bioengineering, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or other related background.
Good English skills (oral, listening and writing).
Production experience in recovery or granulation related industry for more than 2 years will be a plus.
Strong in data analytics and skills with Excel, R language, python etc. will be preferred.
Desire to make achievement via either becoming technical experts, innovate to improve our technology/way of working or lead challenging projects.
