Responsibilities
1. Final inspection according to Nordex checklist, especially for inspection before shipping.
2. Monitoring and auditing the suppliers’ inspection process of the blade according to the Nordex drawing, Control Plan, WI, etc. to ensure the suppliers are performing the inspection based on Nordex requirements.
3. Spot checking the test process in supplier’s Lab for critical data and evaluate the values with Nordex requirement. for example, Tg, FWF, etc.
4. Supporting for tracking all defects or nonconformity to ensure that all NC have been closed before blades release.
5. Supporting all other functions to figure out the root cause from process point of view which could affect to the V2 inspection.
6. Monitoring the implementation process of repair work.
7. Supporting for uploading the V2 inspection status of each blade into Nordex internal templates.
8. Other tasks which assigned supportively.
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, with good manufacturing experience in blade factory.
2. Knowledge of blade manufacturing and quality assurance principles, knowledge of composite manufacturing.
3. Able understand engineering drawings and specifications.
4. Technical background in the Blade Manufacturing. Knowledge of all blade component section (Eg prefab, shell, finishing & painting, etc.)
5. Computer skill including knowledge of MS Office.
6. English knowledge, able to read, speak and write.
7. Able to work independently manage tasks, self-motivation and quick learner.
8. Team player with good communication skills for independent cross-divisional activity.
9. Willingness to work in shift rotation and weekends.
10. Good communication under multi-functions with at least English speaking.
11. Technical background in the Blade Manufacturing filed with at least 3 years of experience.
