Main accountabilities: - Be responsible for reviewing end to end process and identifying opportunities to streamline operations across functions, increase cost efficiency and productivity. This is role that requires a strategic mindset, hands-on operational experience, a good understanding of what IT systems can achieve, and the ability to drive change and innovation within the organization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to analyse data/ trends and turn them into insights and actions. - Attention to detail to ensure that we capture relevant information and identify all possible opportunities for improvement. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. production, logistics, quality, sales) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. - Other work arranged by the superior leadership. Knowledge and Experience: - Bachelor degree or above in business, engineering or related fields; - 5-10 years of experience in process improvement and project management with an ability to effectively communicate and lead cross-functional teams. - Demonstrate the expertise in process improvement methodologies, lean Six Sigma certification is preferred; - Skilled at data analysis methods, and process architecture design experience. - Good communication and teamwork ability.
