Realize equipment automation and digital ideas in analytical assay process and routine laboratory work aiming for higher efficiency. Seek for digital solutions in existing data system to fulfill new demands. Identify automation and digitalization needs and transfer them into solid solutions by internal and across function collaboration. In cooperation with external vendors to realize automation ideas in compliance with quality, including user requirement definition, feasibility evaluation, equipment qualification, etc. Optimize analytical assay in global QC laboratory as a member in the project. Perform experiment according to standard procedure and protocols. Summarize data in a good manner and support data evaluation. Take care of critical experiment phenomenon and provide operational solutions.
To succeed, you need Bachelor or Master degree major in automation or digitalization or Bachelor degree major in chemical engineering or biology related areas with automation and digitalization working experience for over 3-5 years. or Master degree major in chemical engineering or biology related areas with automation and digitalization project experience. Good understanding of equipment and programing skills. No difficulties in reading, writing and understanding of professional English.
