Responsiblities: 1. Customer Service and Order Management 客户服务与订单管理: · Efficiently receive and process booking requests from freight forwarders in Southeast Asia, the United States, and Europe, covering EXW/FOB and prepaid goods (USA) business. 高效接收并处理来自东南亚、美国及欧洲等地区的货代订舱需求,覆盖EXW/FOB及预付货(美国)业务。 · Maintain active communication with customers, providing professional and meticulous services to enhance customer satisfaction. 与客户保持积极沟通,提供专业、细致的服务,提升客户满意度。 · Accurately enter booking information into BLA system for information management. 将托书信息准确无误地录入公司专有系统,实现信息化管理。 2. Booking Execution and Logistics Coordination 订舱执行与物流协调: · Familiar with booking platform to accurately complete the booking process, ensuring timely shipment of goods. 熟练运用订舱平台,精准完成订舱流程,确保货物及时出运。 · Immediately convey pre-allocation information to customers and coordinate with trucking agents (if the company's trucking and customs declaration is required) for subsequent operations. 及时向客户传递预配信息,并协调拖车代理(如需公司拖车报关)进行后续操作。 · Closely monitor logistics updates, arrange trucks to customers' factories for container loading operations reasonably, ensuring smooth logistics. 密切监控物流动态,合理安排拖车至客户工厂进行装箱作业,确保物流顺畅。 3. Documentation and Data Management 文件与数据管理: · Before the shipping company's cut-off time, fully collect and archieve bill of lading information, submit it to the shipping company in time, and handle cut-off, manifest issuance, and VGM declaration. 在船公司截单前,全面收集并整理提单资料,及时提交给船公司,处理截单、舱单发送及VGM申报等关键环节。 · Accurately enter bill of lading information into system, generate bills of lading for customer's review and confirmation. 在公司专有系统中准确录入提单信息,生成提单供客户审核确认。 4. Account Management 账务管理: · After the ship sails, quickly generate invoices through the system, confirm with customers, and issue invoices or related documents in a timely manner to ensure the financial process runs efficiently. 开船后迅速通过系统生成账单,与客户确认无误后,及时开票或开具相关单据,确保财务流程高效运转。 Requirements and Capabilities: College degree or above, majors in logistics management, international trade, and related fields are preferred. 大专及以上学历,物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先. CET-4 and above, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, capable of handling English emails and documents proficiently. 英语四级及以上水平,具备良好的听说读写能力,能熟练处理英文邮件及文件。 3+ year of experience in ocean freight forwarding or related fields, familiar with ocean freight operation processes and industry standards. 拥有3年以上海运货代或相关领域工作经验,熟悉海运操作流程及行业规范。 Experience in LCL Operation preferred 有拼箱操作经验更佳 Meticulous and serious in work, patient and responsible, with a high sense of responsibility and stability, able to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment. 工作细致认真,耐心负责,具备高度的责任心和稳定性,能在快节奏环境中保持高效 Excellent communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources, and solve complex problems. 优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能够有效协调内外部资源,解决复杂问题。 Able to work and stay calm under pressure, make quick decisions. 具备一定的抗压能力,能在压力下保持冷静,快速做出决策。
