Key Tasks: Responsible for invertor, OBC, DCDC, BMS, VCU function design, modeling, at least one ECU component; Responsible for generating test environment to validate the model with mandatory coverage Closely work together with system requirement and architecture engineerClosely work together with HW/SW team to deliver the perfect resultsResponsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues in each phase of development or post developmen;Support the calibration in E-drive and Vehicle level Support technical proposal in quotation phaseResponsible for Function safety, Cyber security, HIS, System test, Simulation coordinator , EMC, Thermal, Reliability;Qualification and skills:Master's degree or equivalent (or higher) of Automotive, control theory and control engineering, or similar;Over 5 years proficient experience of invertor, OBC, DCDC, BMS VCU function design, at least expert at one component.;Expert at motor control algorithm Simulink modeling, including but not limited to SVPWM, DPWM, Flatbottom Modulation, Flattop ModulationExpert at anti-slip, anti-jerk, torque estimation and junction temperature estimation modeling and so on.Expert at E-drive system power and accuracy optimization from the invertor perspective Expert at OBC and DCDC control algorithm modeling to dynamically adjust charging and discharging parameters and performance optimization. Expert at BMS SOC, SOP, SOH, SOE Simulink modeling, and coordinate with cell supplier to generate the reasonable data set. Expert at VCU energy management and torque management Simulink modeling, and strong VCU coordination knowledgePreferably proficient experience in powertrain electrificationExpert at anti-slip, anti-jerk, torque estimation and junction temperature estimation modeling and so on.
