Requirements:
70 (5+) Years Working experience in combustion or process control related service field
70 Bachelors Degree in Engineering Technology is preferred
70 Good Oral & Written English
70 Good communication skills
70 Ability to read blueprints and electronic schematics
70 Excellent mechanical aptitude
70 Ability to use appropriate test and measuring instruments (e.g. fuel gas analyzer, manometer and volt ohmmeter)
70 Support more than 85% of the current product line
70 Good application knowledge of at least 2 process lines (Auto, Metals, Glass, Food, Chemical)
70 Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
70 Must be self-motivated, quick and willing to learn
70 Must work from our Suzhou office during job training period
70 Driving license with good driving record would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
70 Perform field installation/commissioning/maintenance/audit service for combustion products applied to various types of industrial heating systems
70 Troubleshoot and determine cause of problems involving primary mechanical and some electrical factors
70 Disassemble units, repair and replace components of entire products
70 Discuss operating problems of systems and repairs required with customer maintenance and engineering personnel
70 Write-up service reports of all work/adjustments and system recommendations for each customer job site
70 Answer telephone inquiries of customers when in the office
70 Relay difficulties in the field to R&D and the Engineering team
70 Assist in the presentation of in-house workshops to train customers and sales representatives involving combustion product lines
70 Work under minimal supervision
70 Travel to customer locations worldwide, travel rate is about 70%
70Perform other duties as required
