Responsibilities:
1. Import manifest maintenance and declaration
2. Release D/O and collect OBL OR guarantee letter
3. Collect local handling charge and demurrage cost
4. Monitor and handle unclaimed cargo
5. Communicate effectively with POL agents and local customers

Requirements:
1. Fluent in English /Chinese, CET4
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. Bachelor's degree and above
