Your Roles & Responsibilities:
For plant SDI
- Responsible for new supplier release, a new production location of current supplier, a new material group at an existing production location, a re-approval of an inactive supplier / production location / material group/a re-approval of an inactive supplier / production location / material group) according with group standard procedure for railway and non-railway projects(E-BUS, big engine)
- Responsible for supplier evaluation report and supplier qualification data maintenance.
- Supplier quality escalation when there is a serious quality problem.
- Alien with purchasing team for supplier strategy sourcing plan.
- Support plant quality for system audit for key components suppliers.
For global sourcing team – SDI/SQP
- Responsible for new supplier release for global projects, scope same as for local plant.
- Responsible for new products process release, tracking and approve for FAI or PPAP.
- Supplier NCR management for series order.
- Define and conduct annual supplier development plan, etc annual audit plan and regular audit plan.
- Other tasks assigned by Stuttgart purchasing office.
Your Skill & Requirements:
- Bachelor, preferably in mechanical engineering or similar
- 5-8years of experience in quality, supplier management industry background would be preferred
- Skilled of ISO9000/ITAF16949 standards
- Skill in office tools, EPR system.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- ASPICE, VDA6.3 is preferred.
- Good in oral and written of English
