Position Summary
As a part of the global innovative project, TUV SUD is strengthening the team in China in field of HAD under the global strategy based on local markets need. This position is targeted to strengthen technical capabilities in automotive software and support project implement for business development, enrich the current service portfolio and meet the BU Mobility Planning & Targets.

Job Responsibilities
1.Conduct ASPICE assessments or software quality audits for OEMs and component manufacturers;
2.Provide professional technical advisory and guidance of system and software engineering processes definition and project deployment to customers. Assist in solving problems encountered during process implementation;
3.Review and evaluate customer's R&D processes and technical documentation against process requirements;
4.Assist sales to visit customers and present technical solutions;
5.Assist the automotive software knowledge system building for internal use;
6.Other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above in electronic, electrical, automation, computer, software domains. At least 8 years of experience in software project development, engineering or software quality management in Automotive industry;
2.Familiar with Automotive system and software engineering process methodology;
3.Knowledge and experience of project management;
4.Familiar with Automotive SPICE or CMM/CMMI; previous software process improvement related experience is preferred;
5.Automotive SPICE Competent Assessor qualification or above is required;
6.Willing to take responsibility, serious working attitude, good teamwork spirit and communication and coordination ability;
7.Good English listening and speaking skills;
8.Able to travel.
