职位描述
1. Manages sales operations for Master Chemical’s products(including cost, profit, goals, and growth factors) in a manner most beneficial to overall corporate objectives

2.Identifies and qualifies new business opportunities/new customer and distributor opportunities in the market place

3.Develops and maintains good relationships with assigned field personnel, distributors, and customers, including frequent sale/services calls made on customers, global field personnel, and/or distributor sales personnel

4.Increases sales through effective marketing, sales, and service of the Corporation’s products and proper management of distributor activities

Maintains frequent and complete communication with customers, service Engineers, Global Field Personnel, and the corporate office as appropriate, including technical communications with the laboratory, Tech Line, and marketing (competitive activity, target account status, customer preference, trends, etc.)Builds Contacts at multiple inside the customer to meet new business target goals

9.Effectively manages their pipeline, large and target customer base, distribution network, and prioritizes the amount of time by utilizing the sales analysis tools. Manages new product cleaner sales revenue by percentages, product, customer mix, and utilizes the provided forecasting tools

10. Develops and maintains working knowledge of all fluids and system products sold and serviced by the Corporation.

任职要求:
1. Bachelor's degree and eight or more years’ expectation in sales in the technical and metal working area.
本科以上学历,8年以上技术及机加工行业销售经验
2. Knowledge of Metalworking Fluids/Chemical industrial.

3. Proactive, energetic and have high potential to win the business.

4. Have the ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities/new customer and distributor opportunities in the market place.

5. This position requires travel, often overnight, and requires international travel.
