Continuously optimize and modify recruiting process to make sure of the efficiency of recruitment activities. 持续优化和改进招聘流程,以确保招聘工作的有效性。 Training培训: 1. Develop annual / quarterly training programs based on business needs as well as employee development requirement; 根据业务和员工发展需要,制定年度/季度培训计划; 2. Execute the training plans to ensure the organizational and employees’ development goals are fully fulfilled as planned; 实施培训计划,并确保达成公司和员工的发展目标; Performance Management绩效管理: 1. Assistant HRM to implement the monthly and yearly performance management plan, support the department managers to deploy the performance management system. 协助人力资源经理执行月度、年度绩效考核方案,参与各部门考核方案的实施工作; 2.
