Follow up International Trading Compliance and government regulations in daily operation 87 Be responsible for shipment arrangement to global group companies or direct to 3rd-party customers, including vessel booking, shipment consolidation, Customs declaration, shipment follow-up, logistic lead time, I/E documentation, etc. 87 Handle daily export issues on urgent basis. Provide solutions for emergency case. Monitor logistic service providers’ working quality, log issues on Vendor Issue List and follow up corrective and preventive actions 87 Process GR and stock movement on SAP WMS level for both FG and RM 87 Post GI in SAP 87 Processing documentation of export shipment, hand over system information (both SAP and cloud system) to physical operation team 87 File export shipment hard copy document in warehouse part, input information into SAP and Cloud system 87 Print additional label for export shipment, （Customer name label, destination country language label, shipping marks etc.） 87 Raise purchasing request on warehouse related materials 87 SAP records and documentation in stock taking 87 Facilitate other associates' work
KEY REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor
Experiences: 87 Above 3 years of experience in logistic/warehouse. 87 Familiar with Customs regulation and I/E policy. 87 Experience in E-handbook management is preferred. 87 Experience in working on SAP. 87 Good English in written.
