Job Responsibilities 岗位职责 1. Responsible for Domestic customer service and admin work support 负责国内销售客户服务及日常行政支持 2. Handle sales order procedure,including sales order creation and maintaining in ERP system. 负责销售订单的处理,包括在ERP系统中建立并维护销售订单; 3. Confirm price and delivery of the product and give acknowledge to customers. 确认产品价格、交货期,并与客户保持良好关系; 4. Help sales manager to contact customers when needed,maintain good relationship with customers, and handle day-to-day issues arise from customers; 必要时协助销售经理联络客户,维护与客户的良好关系;处理日常客户事务; 5. Coordinate with warehouse and assist with company daily incoming and outgoing goods transaction 与仓库协调,协助公司进出货的日常处理;
Job Requirement 任职条件 1. College degree or above, Mechanical or engineering is preferred. 大专以上学历,机械或相关工科专业优先; 2. More than 1 years relevant work experience, good fresh graduate also can apply; 1年以上相关工作经验,优秀应届毕业生也可申请; 3. Good level of written and reading English. 英文读写良好; 4. Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel. 掌握office办公软件,熟悉Excel优先考虑 5. Good communication skills 沟通技巧良好; 6. Patient, proactive, and meticulous. 耐心,主动,做事仔细
