61 Lead and Develops the HSE management in lubricants and grease (TJ Plant only) blending plant to achieve HSE target.
61 Establish and Maintain ISO14000, ISO45001 and ISO50001 management systems with related activities organized in plant.
61 Establish & Develop local HSE procedure in line with company rules and local regulations.
61 Conduct training and exercise, and keep procedure updating in Emergency Response Plan (ERP), Crisis Management Cell (CMC), Business Continuity Plans (BCP), etc.
61 Create and keep good HSE culture in the plant: organize safety activities; safety awards program; HSE communication.
61 Provide HSE training (3 levels safety education, 12 Golden Rules …) to staff and contractors to ensure they are aware of TotalEnergies’ HSE policy / requirements / procedures.
61 Lead accidents / incident investigation, complete HSE report on RAMSES timely, and analyze root cause and define corrective actions with relevant department, and ensure the actions to be followed.
61 Establish and cooperate with relevant government agencies, keep good communication with them, to ensure compliance of our operations.
61 Identify potential risks (safety, ergonomic, hygiene, environment, fire and security) and non-conformities, and ensure the prevent actions are taken to minimize the risks in the plant.
61 As coordinator of asset integrity to manage the technological risks.
61 Ensure all HSE related systems, equipment and materials are well maintained and supplied.
61 Ensure audits and group evaluation (Maestro, EDOC, Jetty audit, LBB, Security audit) are well implemented, and follow up timely as for the corrective and preventive actions in plant.
61 Support SC logistics team to carry out HSE related actions to ensure transportation safety.
61 Develop and enhance safety management of contractors and suppliers, provide HSE support to construction projects, including assess risks, training, Permit to work, MOC management, safety check on site.
61 Identify the health & hygiene risks and implement control measures to protect employees health.
61 Manage the environmental issues in terms of waste water treatment, waste dispose, air emission and noise monitoring, etc.
61 Manage the security guards’ daily work, response on Plant staff & facility security.
61 Keep close communication with plant management team as regular safety meeting etc., to enhance HSE leadership.
61 Organize and support the SRM+ , EE projects and CSR activity in plant.
61 Develop HSE management by new technics, such as Internet, on-line detector etc.. to improve HSE performance in plant.
61 Develop and manage team members to deliver effective and efficient work.
61 Continuously monitors risks, assesses the impact on the risks of possible changes in the business and the environment, structures feedback, particularly through reporting tools.
