The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of company’s “Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation” project across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can effectively manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks while ensuring high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Our Ideal candidate:

85 Bachelor or Master’s degree in Bio/pharma or a related field. PMP, or similar project management certification preferred.
85 Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in large MNC within Bio/Pharma industry, with a minimum of 5 years managing complex projects, exposure of global project management is preferred.
85 Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
85 Exceptional communication skills with both English and Chinese.
85 Can be based in Tianjin Headquarter.
