61 Develop methods and applications for testing of liquid chromatography columns (analytical and prep columns) and sample prep consumables
开发液相色谱柱（分析型和制备型色谱柱）及样品前处理产品的测试方法和应用。
61 Develop column packing methods to support new product development and production
开发色谱柱填充方法，支持新产品开发和生产。
61 Support Technical and Manufacturing personnel in transfer, optimization, scale-up, and troubleshooting of new production processes and SOPs
支持生产技术和生产车间完成生产工艺和标准操作程序（SOP）的转移、优化、放大，并及时解决生产过程中的技术问题
61 Design, develop, validate, and commercialize solutions/products to address unmet needs in liquid chromatography separation and sample preparation in industry
针对色谱分离及样品前处理应用领域中的客户需求设计开发对应的产品/解决方案
61 Lead projects within R&D and in collaboration with Project Management/Product/Operations/Marketing, including proper planning, resource allocation, execution, and completion, to drive high on-time delivery of new products
主动参与项目开发，具备出色的沟通能力，与项目经理/产品经理/生产技术/质量等部门紧密合作，合理分配资源，确保新产品按时交付。
61 Maintain all instruments and equipment in excellent condition, keep all work areas neat and clean, and follow all safety procedures without exception
维护实验室所有仪器设备，确保工作区域整洁，严格遵守实验室安全制度。
61 Publish data, file patents, and disseminate research within/outside Danaher
整理实验数据、撰写新产品资料，并及时为新技术申请专利，可以在公司内外分享技术研究报告。
61 Perform other functions required for development, commercialization, and support of new products and sustainment of existing products, as required
根据公司需要，支持并解决产品相关的技术问题，包括现有产品的维护及新产品技术支持等。
