As Product Engineer your key responsibilities are:
61 Define the processes of new products, create related documents and improve the processes of current products
61 Design & update operations’ layout to improve the capacity and material flow
61 Maintenance & create Routing in SAP, ensure the material in correct operations
61 Evaluate Product Update affection and training workers
61 Production efficiency improvement & Lean activities
61 Problem solving and technical support during assembly/test/painting/packing process
61 Handling claims and feedback from customers related to products manufacturing process
61 Control and release technical drawings and instruction manuals on workshop
61 SOP document draft and release
61 Provides support and troubleshooting for current operations.
61 Tools and fixture’s design
61 Help Order Office and logistics team to prepare checklist
61 Leading NPI project as need
61 Other task assigned by supervisor.

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and competencies:
61 Bachelor degree in Industry Engineering, Mechanical or other related majors
61 Minimum 3 years’ working experience in mechanical manufacturing company
61 Experience in developing manufacturing processes and layout
61 MRP/ERP knowledge, Good concept and practice in SAP are preferred.
61 Skillful CAD user
61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
61 Open minded & co-operative attitude to achieve a common solution through team
61 Electrotechnics knowledge or 8D problem solving knowledge is a plus.
