Job Purpose: To independently perform staff level accounting functions that deal with accounting issues of normal complexity to support business processes and provide further experience with Caterpillar accounting practices.
Job Duties: The position is expected to be a contributing performer, performing financial/decision support Accounting work that supports business processes, the duty includes but not limits to: 61 Understanding of business and accounting practices, systems and procedures; 61 Apply accounting knowledge to independently handle accounting issues; 61 Demonstrate good communication skills, and be a trusted accounting advisor to business inquiries 61 Review and validate relevant data and data sources, analyze information for US reports and PRC reports 61 Support interim and year end statutory audit and internal audit 61 Development and maintenance of accounting documentation, well compliance with SOX requirement; 61 Interacts with multiple functional areas and business units 61 Fulfill other jobs assigned by Supervisor.
Degree Requirement Bachelor degree or equivalent experience desired
