HR Advisor, SSC(Outsourced Position) Job description: Provide partner services and daily operation process support, the responsibilities and essential job functions are (including, but not limited to the followings): Support monthly payroll, incentive & benefits work from partner data sourcing, double checking and confirmation perspective; Responsible for employee life-cycle processes, including on boarding, probation, turnover and leaving, as well as employee archive management and certificates provision as required; In charge of different working hour policies application and implementation situation, attendance and OT execution; Coordinate with service providers for namelist and billing reports, and go through financial process for payment applications; Follow up partner cases and injuries handling and effectively respond to their needs for related application submission & certification services; Provide timely and accurate data support to partners and COE.
Qualifications: 3-5 years + HR operation or SSC experience is preferred; Quick learning and problem-solving skills; Good communication skill for service delivery; Good excel and office capability; Good in written English; Strong self-motivation, responsible, initiative, and ability of work under pressure.
