POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述

Manage GL, Tax, Treasury, FA, AR and AP functions.

全面管理公司的总账、税务、资金、固定资产、应收账款、应付账款的业务。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：

1.Responsible for check all accounting entries except cost related;

审核除成本以外的所有会计凭证；

2.Responsible for compile monthly and annual cash flow forecast;

负责编制月度资金流预算，年度资金流预算；

3.Check proper accrual and amortized during the period end to make sure all cost/expenses are captured in the correct period;

检查月末的预提工资、费用和待摊费用，保证所有成本费用都在正确的期间归集入账；

4.Tooling and lease management, include filling and accounting;

负责模具及租赁业务会计处理及文件管理；

5.In charge of all tax issue include tax declaration check & annual tax filing;

负责所有税务事项，包括审核税务申报、年度汇算清缴；

6.Responsible for CER application in MCS system,and update CAPEX budget;
负责在MCS系统提交CER申请，并更新CAPEX预算；

7.BS review and reconcile every month;

每月对资产负债表余额进行分析并对账做差异分析；

8.Lead CMF preparation to make sure on-time delivery;

组织安排年度CMF的准备工作,确保按时提交；

9.Co-ordinate internal & external annual financial audit;

协调内部审计及年度外部审计工作；

10.Other jobs assigned by the Finance Controller.

完成财务总监交办的其他工作。

QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求

1. Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting discipline;

正规院校财务、会计专业本科学历；

2. Have qualified accounting certification, CPA certification is preferred;

持有正规会计专业证书，CPA优先考虑；

3. Min.3 years of GL and tax accountant experience in manufacturing Industry;

至少3年制造业总账和税务工作经验；

4. Well versed in MS office, experience in using SAP system is preferred;

熟练操作MS OFFICE办公软件，有SAP 系统应用经验更佳；

5. CET-4 or higher level, good reading and written English is a must.

英语四级或以上水平，必须具有良好的英文读写能力。
