For our Digital Factory Division in Tianjin, we are looking for a SEDL Mechanical Developer- R&D and focus on mechanical design for low voltage converter development.
Mission of Function?
Mechanical structure design and analysis, including heat design and analysis for low voltage AC&DC converter development
What are my responsibilities?
61 Mechanical design &analysis, including cooling system design and analysis for converter development.
61 Optimize mechanical design with performance and cost considerations.
61 Converter test support and quality issues technical analysis.
61 Qualification and approval of mechanical parts of converter.
61 Participate in multi-national teams(Chinese, German, etc.)
61 Environment, Health and Security (EHS) related tasks. Seriously implement position operational rules and ensure security based on national and local EHS related laws and regulations, Siemens headquarters and SEDL’ procedures. Ensure product design accord with related EHS standard and requirements.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
61 Knowledge of converter mechanical design and development
61 Familiar with product development process and skilled with mechanical design and analysis tools, like: UG NX, Ansys.
61 Experienced in production and quality problem solving
61 Knowledge about international (Chinese and German, etc.) standards and regulations regarding mechanical parts of converters
61 3 years’ experience in converter
61 Communication skills
61 Analysis & learning capability
61 On-site experience and application know-how preferred
61 Good English language in written and spoken forms
61 Cooperation with various locations and partners including at international level
