Responsibilities: 1.Successfully complete multiple IT projects in close collaboration with the Belgian headquarters or your Shanghai-based Business Software Responsible. 2.Support over 150 Asian colleagues across 8 locations in China and Vietnam. 3.Manage the lifecycle of all our Asian IT assets. 4.Manage IT inventory, including ensuring sufficient stock of keyboards, laptops, mice, screens, laptop holders, etc., placing new orders timely, and tracking orders until delivery to the correct individuals. 5.Monitor the IT budget for inventory management. Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent through experience. 2.3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with experience in both service desk management and inventory management. 3.Hands-on and enjoys working operationally with international colleagues. 4.Customer-friendly attitude, patient with colleagues who may overlook simple issues like an unplugged printer. 5.Passionate about IT and always eager to learn and keep knowledge up-to-date. 6.Highly analytical and driven to find solutions, unafraid of obstacles, maintains composure, and thinks outside the box when necessary. 7.Strong administrative skills. 8.Ability to easily explain complex IT problems to internal customers. 9.Knowledge of Powershell (Desired State) and management of the installed base is a valuable addition. 10.A true team player.
