Job Responsibilities
61 Responsible for support head of operation's daily task. 61 Responsible for customer visit. Communiate with sales team or relevant functions to agree on visit planning details, and coordinate required resources to support the visit. 61 Assist in planning and tracking the progress of various projects. 61 Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. 61 Coordinate various factory activities, such as employee birthday party, annual party, management workshop, and other employee activities. 61 Communicating and coordinating various matters inside Danfoss global area.
Background & Skills
61 Bachelor’s Degree or above 61 Excellent English and Chinese, both oral and written 61 Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite 61 1-3 years related working experience is preferred 61 Excellent team work spirit 61 Ability to work under pressure 61 Excellent communicator and strong interpersonal skills 61 Good planning, prioritization, and organizing skills 61 Able to work independently and effectively, self motivated 61 Strong sense of responsibility 61 Strong sense of customer focus & ability to anticipate other’s needs 61 Strong sense of confidential 61 Detail Oriented
