Tasks/ Responsibilities Design Verification of mechanical discipline, especially on subsea equipment, such as manifold, PLEM, Tie-in connectors, Wellhead connectors and other underwater installations, covering both engineering and installation phase. Carry out independent FEM analysis relevant mechanical integrity of load bearing equipment. Consultancy work for integrity assessment for subsea structures, equipment and tools. Managing project to close cooperation with customers. Position Qualifications We are looking for a colleague who has: Engineering degree (Master or above) preferably within offshore engineering or solid mechanics major, with minimum of 5 years of design experience on offshore industry. Experience with technical rules and regulations (API, ISO, DNV). Background in design of offshore facilities or subsea structures. Able to perform site visit tasks on offshore, and willingness to perform business trips to support our clients as well as our worldwide organization. Ability to handle several projects in parallel. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Ability to build trust, confidence and respect. Flexible, service-minded and with a positive attitude. Honest, open and committed to DNV’s purpose, visions and values. Good communication skills, verbally and in writing. The company language is English.
