The role focused on improving hygiene standards within the SC APAC region, ensuring that all the supply chain operations comply with regulatory and company policies while driving continuous improvement in hygiene standards. This role involves a mix of project management, technical expertise, and leadership in hygiene practices.
Key Responsibilities: General Responsibilities:
*Drive hygiene improvement projects across the APAC Supply Chain. *Facilitate GMP implementation on the shop floor. *Represent SC APAC in the global hygiene community, develop local technologies, and conduct risk assessments. *Lead root cause analysis for hygiene issues with key stakeholders.
Hygiene Design and Technology Duties: *Continuously improve the hygiene design of equipment and facilities. *Investigate, test, and implement new hygienic technologies. *Lead root cause analysis for hygiene issues and ensure both short-term and long-term solutions. *Challenge and qualify specifications and programs in capital projects. *Provide professional proposals for continuous improvement.
Improve GMP Level on the Shop Floor: *Develop and implement a GMP improvement plan for SC APAC 2025+. *Drive continuous improvement initiatives. *Define KPIs and address gaps promptly. *Conduct training to improve team awareness and behaviors.
Task Manager for Functional Food Excellence Activities: *Lead functional food excellence projects. *Build connections with the global team to establish hygiene capabilities for SC APAC.
Qualifications: *Education: Minimum BS in Chemical, Biology, Food, or Industrial Engineering. Microbiology is preferred. *Experience: Minimum 5 years (BS) or 3 years (MS) of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry. *Skills: —Experience in food industry project execution from design to handover. —Familiarity with hygiene design and food excellence plans. —Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills. —Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
