Responsibilities:
61 Be responsible for after-sales service reception, communication with technician from customers, provide solutions;
61 Product installation and debugging, to help solve the problems in the use of products;
61 Collect customer feedback, information and feedback to the sales and other related departments;
61 For part of the user's special requirements, do the custom accessaries, ensure the application of reliability
61 At the scene of the customer or local warehouse as part of product replacement and maintenance
61 After-sales service organization of data and statistics, finish the report submitted to various tasks;
61 Responsible for the after-sale service process optimization, improve the service efficiency.


Job requirements:
61 Bachelor degree or above, mechanical/electrical/automation or related major;
61 More than 3 years work experience, has a mechanical or hydraulic products after-sales service experience is preferred;
61 Age 25 ~ 40 years old;
61 Fluent in written and spoken English level 4 above, and adapt to the basic daily conversation;
61 Understand the related electrical/mechanical/hydraulic principle,
61 Independently finish simple equipment modification and supporting work, coordinate with local supplier;
61 Have good communication skills and team cooperation spirit, have a certain compressive capacity;
61 Have in-depth knowledge of after-sales service processes and methods, with good service consciousness;
61 Have a CAD drawing, communications equipment installation and debugging ability is preferred;
61 Residence of tianjin, wu qing is a plus.
