JOB STATEMENT
To ensure the quality of products and components sourced by AGG Tianjin Plant are in line with company quality standards. Responsible for the development process, planning and organizing inspection activities in house and at local vendors premises.
确保美卓天津工厂的产品和零件质量符合公司的质量标准，负责流程发展，计划编制以及组织在工厂和本地供应商的检验工作。

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· To follow up the requirement of HSE and Minimum Safety Standards of Metso
· 严格执行公司安全及环境健康规定以及美卓最低安全标准
· Incoming material Quality Control
· 来料质量检验工作
· Conduct quality inspection of vendors and in-house production
· 有效管理供应商和工厂内部产品的质量检验
· Issue quality report
· 处理质量报告
· Liase with production and engineering on product quality issues
· 与生产部和工程部在产品质量问题方面进行的有效协调
· To perform process capability and validation studies, analysis, documentation procedure as well as training
· 执行工作流程以及学习效果的验证，分析，文件流程和培训
· Plan and organize inspection activities in house and at local vendors premises
· 安排并组织在工厂和到本地供应商的检验工作

INTERANL AND EXTERNAL INTERFACES
· Internal: all related functions in AGG Tianjin factory and HOP teams
· 内部：天津工厂的相关部门以及HOP团队
· External: Potential and existing suppliers, Test & Metrology Institution
· 外部：现存及潜在供应商，计量检测机构

AUTHORITY
· Usage decision for pass of qualified materials and repairing of un-qualified materials with significant defect.
· 对于检验合格零件的验收以及有显著缺陷的不合格零件的退货处理权
· Decision of NG for final inspection of finish equipment
· 终检机器不合格确认

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 3 years’ work experience in QA/QC, preferably in machinery plants
· 3年以上QA/QC工作经验，机械工厂工作经验优先
· Qualifications for Forklifts and Cranes
· 叉车和天车的操作技能及资质
· Non-destructive testing qualifications
· 无损检测的操作和资质
· Well versed in ISO9000
· 精通ISO9000标准
· Strong inspection working skill
· 较强的检验工作能力

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Use and management of conventional measuring tools
· 常规量具的使用和管理
· Skilled in using 3D instrument and calibration
· 熟练使用三坐标和仪器校准
· Ability to read and interpret technical documents both English and Chinese such as drawings, parts manuals, standards and instruction.
· 能够阅读和解释中英文技术文件，例如图纸，零件手册，标准及说明等
· Well Communication skill, preferably English reading & writing
· 良好沟通和表达能力，英语读写能力优先
· Operation and application of office software and SAP QM module
· 办公软件和SAP QM模块的操作及应用
· Problem solving and root cause analysis
· 问题解决和根本原因分析
