Responsibilities:
Project coordination:
- Project lead in Prototype Engineering of international projects with coordination of all activities in PE in product development phase ;
- Check of customer requirements for prototypes/technologies including risk assessment and compliance matrix;
- Project reporting on basis of usual tools;
- Self-responsible timing schedule and tracking/documentation, early escalation/solving of problems for risk reduction;
- Calculation of R&D costs fort the production of the prototypes and other R&D efforts within PE;
- Cost assessment internal and external as basis for the quotes to the customer ;
- Work on optimum of quality ,timeline ,cost and align with responsible departments.
Purchasing/Procurement:
- Self dependent preparing of relevant technical specifications on basis of SAP BOMs;
- On the basis of the prepared technical data, clarification of technical feasibility with the potential suppliers, discussions with suppliers and engineering departments;
- Provide decision basis for supplier selection until MLC50;
- Target pricing on basis of value analysis and inspection;
- Self-responsible price negotiations until MLC50;
- Beginning from MLC55 alignment with Advanced Purchasing and Category PUR about supplier selection and negotiation together;
- Orders in SAP-system;
- Customer complaint management.
International supplier base (until MLC55):
- Implementation of prototype strategy;
- Enlarge supplier base with market analysis, research, trade fair visits, conferences with the aim to have advantages in quality cost and delivery time ;
- Find and adapt new and better technologies ;
- Find and suggest alternative suppliers and –technologies and implement with responsible department;
- Organize and moderate supplier visits;
- Lead supplier qualification process .

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above；
- 3 year working experience with mechanical, electronic technology, knowledge of market new technology.
- Knowledge of project management, industrialization or engineering background as plus.
- Good spoken and listening English.
