Responsibilities:
- 在产品开发过程中，配合产品的开发计划，制定产品的测试策略，作为测试经理管控产品在整个开发周期中的测试动作，例如测试用例的制成，测试执行，结果的沟通和确认等。Create product test strategy according to project development schedule and take lead of test and validation activities as technical responsible of test functions in a project.
- 按照客户需求制定产品（逆变器，功率模块，TCU 以及电源类产品）的DV 测试计划 PV 测试计划，并周期性追踪测试进度，汇报测试进展。Communicate with customer to define product test plan (product scope Inverter, Power Module, TCU, OBC/DCDC) including DVP and PVP. And track testing progress / Report testing status regularly.
- 制定测试样品配置计划，追踪测试样品生产进度，测试资源的预约情况，并按照公司流程要求产出相关成果物。Organize test team to execute test plan including test sample management, test facility/equipment coordination, test resource and test execution process. Meanwhile, organize the alignment on test work products with internal and external stakeholders.
- 针对于报价项目，配合产品技术经理评估测试费用：包括测试样件所需费用，外部测试设备所需费用，以及测试工程师工时等。 Provide test related effort estimation including test facilities during quotation phase.
- 按照客户所需模板制作测试报告文件，并且得到内部质量部门和外部客户的批准。Compile test and validation customer reports and interpret them to get approval from internal and customers.

Qualifications:
- 本科及以上学历，工程专业（电气/汽车/半导体或相关专业，电力电子优先）。Bachelor’s degree or above in mechatronic, electrical, automation or other relevant specialties.
- 5年及以上新能源汽车行业相关测试工作背景（逆变器测试经验或者电源相关类产品测试经验），2年测试管理经验。Minimum 5 years’ experience of E-drive/Inverter test and 2 years for test management.
- 英语流利，其他语种为加分项（德语，日语，韩语）。Fluent English, additional capability of languages such as German, Korean, Japanese is a plus.
- 熟悉V cycle产品开发流程，熟悉ASPICE开发流程中的SYS4 和SYS5过程域。Aware of product development life cycle “V” model methodology: from requirements to validation.
- 熟悉耐久测试/寿命测试/电测试等相关测试所涉及到的相关标准 比如 GB_T 18488, ISO 16750, LV123/124。Be familiar with durability test requirement and process, and be familiar with electrification test standards, e.g. GB_T 18488, ISO 16750, LV123/124.
- 良好的团队合作意识以及沟通技巧。Possessing teamwork spirit, collaboration and coordination skills.
- 具备解决问题和寻找解决方案的能力。Ability to drive problem solving and finding of solutions.
- 客户导向，解决问题导向。Technical oriented and customer oriented.
