1. General Description
Position: SBR Development Engineer
Area of Responsibility: Lear TCS Tianjin Plant
Superior: Senior Engineering Manager
Locations: Tianjin, China
Subordinates: Development Engineer

2. Main Objectives
Provide end-to-end technical support for pre-sales initiatives and product development, including proposal design, prototyping, and trial production execution.
为售前项目及产品开发提供全流程技术支持,涵盖方案设计、原型制作与试生产执行。
Oversee technical documentation and ensure seamless transition from R&D to mass production by delivering compliant and finalized engineering files.
统筹技术文件管理,通过交付符合标准的最终工程文件,确保研发到量产的顺利过渡。
Drive continuous product improvement through quality issue resolution, iterative design optimization, and alignment with industry advancements.
通过质量问题分析、设计迭代优化及行业趋势融合,推动产品性能持续提升。

3. Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical proposal support for pre-sales projects and product bidding. 为前期项目销售和产品投标提供技术方案支持。
- Develop and research new products, formulate development plans. 新产品开发与研制工作,制定开发计划。
- Draft product and tooling/mold drawings. 绘制产品、工装模具图纸。
- Execute product development implementation, track prototype trial production.执行产品开发的实施,跟踪样品的试制生产。
- Prepare and update process technical documentation.负责编写和更新工艺技术文件。
- Facilitate new product introduction (NPI) to mass production, hand over technical documents for batch production.新产品导入到批量生产阶段,移交相关批量生产使用的技术文件。

- Lead the preparation of project-related technical documents in compliance with quality system requirements.按照质量体系要求主持编写项目相关技术文件。
- Perform engineering changes (design modifications/improvements) based on customer needs or practical requirements.根据客户或实际需要进行设计修改、改进等工程更改。
- Support post-sales quality issue analysis and improvements.支持售后质量问题的分析和改进。
- Summarize product R&D experience to continuously enhance product performance.总结产品研发经验,持续改进产品性能。
- Stay updated on industry trends and accumulate R&D expertise.积极关注行业发展动态,积累研发经验。
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.完成上级交办的其他工作。

4. Requirements (idealistic)
Education:
教育背景:
61 Bachelor's degree or above in science and engineering.
教育背景:理工科专业本科以上学历。
Experience & Skill:
工作经验与技能:
61 3-5 years of relevant experience in automotive or electronics product development.
3-5年相关汽车、电子产品研发经验;
61 Proficient in English for technical communication; German proficiency is a plus.
英语精通,可以熟练交流技术问题;德语能够交流更佳;
61 Received training in R&D management, project management, or related areas.
受过研发管理、项目管理等方面的培训;
61 Familiar with production processes, workflows, and operational principles of company products.
熟悉公司产品生产的工艺工序、工作原理;
61 Proficient in product knowledge and technical applications of manufacturing processes.
熟练掌握公司产品及生产工艺技术应用方面的知识;
61 Advanced skills in AutoCAD, CATIA, UG, Office, and other relevant software.
熟练掌握AutoCAD、CATIA、UG、Office等相关计算机软件;
61 Capable of independently leading project design tasks.
能够独立承担项目设计任务;
61 Work conscientiously and proactively, positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good communication.
