Duties include (but are not limited to): 1.0202 02Designing new products and/or supporting Installed Base of Analog, RF, and/or Digital electrical circuit boards, components and interconnects 2.0202 02Working with patient/customers and/or technical leadership to ensure that the technical deliverables are consistent with the goals of larger programs, projects or initiatives 3.0202 02Leading design efforts with Electrical CAD and Simulation tools (Cadence, ADS, etc.) 4.0202 02Executing design to engineering standards 5.0202 02Working within a team to deliver technical solutions 6.0202 02Performing design integration, verification, validation, FMEA, reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability analysis/ testing. 7.0202 02Seeking mentoring to learn and solve problems 8.0202 02Engaging in all phases of product development and support, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support 9.0202 02Developing and maintaining product quality and engineering project funnel 10.0202 02Conducting analysis of installed base and new product reliability 11.0202 02Team-oriented collaborator with solid communication skills 12.0202 02Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 13.0202 02Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Qualifications: 1.0202 02Master’s degree in electrical engineering with 3 years of experience in RF design 2.0202 02Medical device experience 3.0202 02Demonstrated experience in the following: Electromagnetics, Transmission Line design, Antenna Theory & Design, Mixers, Oscillators, Amplifiers, Analog Design, RF Printed Circuit Board Layout experience 4.0202 02Strong skills in simulation and CAD tools like ADS, Cadence etc 5.0202 02Experience with Lean methodologies, 5S, Kaizen etc. 6.0202 02Experience with Medical device standards like IEC60601-1 7.0202 02Experience with Weibull Analysis and DFR (Design for Reliability) tools 8.0202 02Demonstrated ability to pursue tasks to completion 9.0202 02Good English in both written and verbal
