Logistics Specialist main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
ü To ensure goods are shipped on time for both ocean freight and air freight. Responding to logistics process & documentation preparation & system MTG/ TMS maintainence. Communicate with METSO internal & external stackholders to drive on-time-delivery.
ü To manage domestic transportation integrity that enhance customer satisfaction. Enable to support off-duty & holidays for emergency cases.
ü To apply freight invoices base on METSO finance guideline.
ü To execute business in compliance.
ü To collaborate 3PLs performance with global logistics management. Improve 3PLs service level continually.
ü To implement transportation system and related tools in METSO visibility blueprint.
ü To complete tasks assigned by team leader temporary.

Logistics Specialist`s key performance indicors & key skills
ü Bachelor is preferred or profound experience in multinational manufacture OVER 3 YEARS.
ü Teamwork spirit. Good communication & interpersonal skill in cross function e.g. order fulfilment, warehouse.
ü Capability in collaborating both operational and commercial aspects and good skill in influence without authority.
ü A personal with high Metso innovation on continue development and would like to contribute for METSO Tier I strategy. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
ü Computer skills including MS Office & SAP. English workable in written & reading.
