1. Responsible for winding process design, development and optimization of motor products to ensure efficient and stable production.

负责电机产品的绕组工艺设计、开发与优化，确保高效、稳定生产。

2. Develop winding process flow, standard operating procedures, solve the process problems of the motor in the production process, solve the problems related to product design, and perform failure analysis on the process.

制定绕组工艺流程、标准操作程序，解决生产过程中电机的工艺问题，解决与产品设计相关的问题，并对过程进行失效分析。

3. Participate in new product research and development, provide professional advice and technical support, verify the feasibility and reliability of new processes, and provide reference for product design.

参与新产品研发，提供专业意见和技术支持，验证新工艺的可行性与可靠性，为产品设计提供参考依据。

4. Design and selection of welding fixture, cooperate with the team to complete the installation, debugging and maintenance of the fixture, ensure the stable operation of the welding process, and reduce the production cost.

进行生产过程中设备、工装夹具的设计与选型，协同团队完成设备、工装的安装、调试与维护，保障生产过程的稳定操作，降低生产成本。

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

完成上级交办的其它任务。




Position Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in electrical engineering, automation or mechanical related. 本科以上学历，电气工程、自动化或机械相关专业。

2. More than 5 years working experience of motor winding technology engineer in related manufacturing industry. 5年以上相关行业绕组工艺工程师经验。

3. Know motor production process. 了解电机生产过程。

4. Have excellent English communication skill. 具备卓越的英语交流能力。

5. Have strong learning and cooperation ability. 具有较强的学习及合作能力。
